Amavida, Quadrum Global’s luxury active adult community adjacent to Lakes Park, has launched an afternoon High Tea event series that features a rotating schedule of guest speakers, tea and treats. The monthly events are free and open to the general public. Amavida has announced the following guest speakers and topics:
- July 9: Bill Vecchio, CornerStone Coastal Properties, “The first steps to list and sell your home”
The events take place from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Azure Private Dining Room. Guests will enjoy a variety of freshly steeped gourmet teas, tea sandwiches, breads, fruit tartlets, pastries and freshly baked scones with fruit and Devonshire cream. Attendees will also have the opportunity to tour the community following each presentation.
